Camari Mick is an award-winning pastry chef, consultant, and the founder of GoldenBrownCM—a culinary studio offering thoughtful guidance in food, hospitality, and kitchen design. She is the Executive Pastry Chef of the Michelin-starred Musket Room and Executive Pastry Chef/Partner at Raf’s in New York City.

Named one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs of 2024, Camari is a four-time James Beard Award semi-finalist and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. Her work has been featured by CBSNBC, and Eater, who called her “a rising pastry star.” With experience in kitchens like Le Bernardin, TAK Room, and db Bistro Moderne, she brings both polish and soul to every project.

Through GoldenBrownCM, Camari helps chefs and food businesses grow with intention—offering services in concept development, space planning, catering, and culinary education. Her approach is rooted in care, craft, and a deep respect for those who feed others.
